My practice is grounded in psychodynamic theory and focused on helping individuals improve emotional and psychological well-being. I offer a collaborative, individualized approach in a confidential, accepting, and non-judgmental space where you can safely explore thoughts, emotions, and life experiences.
Together, we work to understand the deeper patterns that contribute to distress, including anxiety, depression, and difficulties coping with life’s challenges. By identifying underlying causes and building on personal strengths, psychotherapy can help reduce suffering, improve psychosocial functioning, and support meaningful change.
I view therapy as a journey of self-discovery and emotional healing. Through this work, patients can develop new ways of coping, overcome personal obstacles, and reconnect with hope, resilience, and a greater sense of purpose.
