Greta Krueger, M.A., LMHCA

With warmth and compassion, I hope to help others gain greater self-awareness, freedom from patterns that hold them back, and more fulfilling functioning in their lives. I am genuinely interested in people—their stories, their dreams, and their challenges. I enjoy working creatively, and with openness, delving into dream work, the arts, and nature. I believe meaning-making comes in many forms, and enjoy helping others find their truth.

New possibilities emerge when we begin to understand the unconscious patterns that shape our lives. Through the therapeutic relationship, deeply rooted ways of relating and coping can be experienced, understood, and transformed. Together, we will work to uncover what lies beneath your pain and explore creative ways to help you live more fully, with greater agency and connection, opening the way for change.

My approach is psychodynamic. Rather than focusing on symptom management, I am interested in understanding what your symptoms may be communicating and how past experiences continue to shape the present in ways that are often outside awareness.

I welcome clients from all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences. I am committed to working in ways that are inclusive and empowering.

This is an invitation to understand yourself more deeply.
